How do I purchase an Atherton Bike?

To maintain this level of care, all sales are conducted directly with the consumer through our website, ensuring you have the best possible experience when acquiring your own Atherton Bike.
Here's a simple guide on how to make your purchase:
Choose Your Lug Finish: Select your preferred lug finish, Black or Raw?
Measurements: Insert your precise measurements using our fit calculator. This step ensures your Atherton Bike is a perfect fit.
Select Your Size: Decide whether you'd like a standard size or opt for a custom size.
Add to Basket: Once you've made these selections, your Atherton Bike wil be added to your shopping basket.

How long is the wait between order and delivery for an Atherton Bike?
We aim to have you out on the trails on your new Atherton Bike after 18 weeks. Each frame is bespoke and made to order, during this period you will be provided with photo updates so you can see your bike go through the manufacturing process and come to life.
They have brought together a founding team who bring a wealth of engineering experience and knowledge from F1, aerospace and NASA as well as the operational and financial expertise that will drive the business forward. Dan, Gee and Rachel are involved in every decision about our bikes.
Can I book an Atherton Bikes demo before I buy it?
Yes, we run a small fleet of Demo bikes based in Dyfi Bike Park, Wales. Please get in touch to book:sales@athertonbikes.com
Can I arrange a pick-up or visit to your HQ?
Yes, we welcome pick-ups by appointment and visits to our headquarters. We'd love to give you a tour so that you can see where your bike was brought to life. Dyfi Bike Park is conveniently located near our manufacturing facility, making it an excellent spot for a demo or your first ride on your new Atherton Bike.
International Customers: What do I need to know if I want to collect from HQ?
If you'relocated outside the UK and wish to collect your order from our headquarters, please be aware that you will be required to pay UK VAT. However, you can reclaim this VAT at the airport or ferry terminal. Simply request a VAT407 form from us, which you can get stamped at customs and then reclaim within 21 days (approximately 3 weeks).
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs vary by location, and we rely on trusted shippers to ensure your bike reaches you safely and swiftly. Shipping fees are applied at checkout.
